Michael Thomas
Executive Director
Michael has worked with several organizations and helped spread aid to many communities. In April of 2010 he joined My Possibilities.
Casey Parrott
Art Director
Casey is one of the main members at My Possibilities who works with the HIPsters to create art. He joined the organization in June of 2011.
My Possibilities is a continuing education program for adults with special needs. They provide vocational training, socialization opportunities, and independent living skills development for their students.

At the facility, the students are called HIPsters, and a semester at the facility is 12 weeks of instruction at least 4 days per week. The company has several programs the HIPsters can participate in such as MP Create, MP Explore, MP Achieve, and MP University. In the MP Create program, HIPsters are encouraged to draw, paint, or photograph what interests them, and their work is for sale in a little shop at the facility.

My Possibilities came to EPICS with the desire to expand their art program, since some students have limited control over their limbs. They wanted a device that could track eye gaze or head movement and use that movement to create art somehow. Their specifications were very broad and general, because as long as the product they receive helps at least one student, they will be happy with whatever we can create.
